This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead APQP activities in new product development, work with cross functional team to achieve zero defect launch. Day to day quality control and management to improve manufacturing yield and reduce cost of non-conformance. Conduct quality process audits to proactively identify and implement continue improvement opportunities. Support after service pertaining quality related problems, work with after service team together to improve the process efficiency and effectiveness. Champion customer issue handling, lead problem solving and corrective action to tackle customer complaint, enhance customer satisfaction and experience through fast response, proactive communication, and effective problem solving and prevention.
