Your essential responsibilities: AVL management, completes new supplier survey, fail supplier phase out and AVL maintenance Supporting RD/EM to approve new parts, handling supplier PPAP, FAI running Set up or make improvement of incoming inspection criteria, sample plan, optimize material standards or criteria Periodic supplier rating & assessment. Monitor and report suppliers’ quality performance Manages non-conformance. Assists supplier in their development and implementation of action plan Replace and compensate for loss which caused by supply quality Manages key parts and key criteria to meet CCC request Helps supplier improve their quality and process capability, push supplier improve their management Implement Eaton supplier quality management policy into supplier side Promote WISPER application in local suppliers Qualifications If you are: University degree in Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years related working experience in manufacturing plant, among which 3 years experiences of supplier quality management is required. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system. Supplier audit skill and practice is required. Good skill in quality tools used, special for SPC, MSA, FMEA (P/D) etc. practiced 8D, FAI, PPAP and QCP is required. Good knowledge of raw material technology, plastic/ steel/ copper/ silver etc. Familiar with machine, stamping, molding, PCBA manufacture process and quality control methods. Knowledge of ISO /TS16949, ISO 14000 and six sigma is preferred. Knowledge of lower power control device or vacuum interrupt is preferred. Drive for results & make decisions. Good communication skill and willing to cooperate with others. Good command of English both in speaking and writing. Good PC skills. Team work spirit.
