Job Description
Role Summary: Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Deep technical expertise within a field. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology.
Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall Product Quality of all Wind products delivered from the Shenyang factory
o Process Capability – Per DFMEA/PFMEA
o Internal Defect Rate (DPMO)
o Escaping Defect Rate (DPM)
o Customer Issue Resolution Responsiveness

Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall Product Quality of all Wind products delivered from the Shenyang factory
- Development and communication of quality goals and initiatives to local teams
- Development, deployment, and compliance to the local and global Wind Quality Management Systems
- Maintain site ISO 9001 registration and G-L certifications through internal and 3rd party Audits
- Disposition of all Non-Conforming Material
- Drive Root Cause and Corrective actions on significant internal and external Quality defects/issues (8D)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of global digital QA processes
- Defect and CoQ data analysis to drive quality projects and initiatives
- Share best practices via the OnShore Renewables Horizontal Quality Leader
- Provide Response to Customer Issue Resolution processes as required
- Establish and drive key metrics:
o Process Capability – Per DFMEA/PFMEA
o Internal Defect Rate (DPMO)
o Escaping Defect Rate (DPM)
o Customer Issue Resolution Responsiveness
- Staff and manage Quality team.
- Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes for NPI product launches
- Ensure adequate product quality control with suppliers, work with the Supplier Quality Engineer/Suppliers to resolve and improve quality issues.
- Interface the Customer in case of Quality issue, work with Project Management to address quality issues.
- Perform Quality Audits, issue Non-Conformity and Corrective Actions follow-up on closure.
- Use Six Sigma methodology to drive quality process improvements.
- BB certified in preferred requirement, desired Six Sigma experience (Black Belt – Degree).
- More than 3 years working experience as a Quality Manager
- Solid manufacturing and Supply Chain working experience.
- Strong understanding of the Quality System concept ISO 9001(2015).
- Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and organizational integration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to create real and positive change in a team environment.
- Good English Skills, both in oral and written English.
