In this role you will use your knowledge of how products are developed, validated, and manufactured, as well as your expertise in quality systems, to drive improvements that impact people, teams, data, and tools. The Quality Systems Program Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Delivering quality management systems that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders across Intel, and external customers while as well as meeting industry standards.
- Designing quality systems that are simple, robust, and have integrated measures of system health.
- Driving the right process documentation, training collaterals, and implementation plans for quality system creation and changes.
- Identifying gaps in current quality management systems and partnering with owners and users to develop improvement plans.
- Understanding applicable industry quality standards and partnering to ensure that Intel meets these requirements.
- Interacting with Intel executives presenting gap assessments and coaching area quality teams to develop roadmaps for closure.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Program Management experience.
- Product Development or Manufacturing experience.
- Quality Systems experience.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure with specific manufacturing quality systems: ISO9001 and/ or IATF16949.
- Experience in implementing technical quality requirements in a high-volume manufacturing facility would be desirable.
- Experience in auditing exposure with quality management system standards, customer-specific, regulatory and/or governmental requirements.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
