About the role:

We are looking for a Crypto Trader to join our trading team. You will monitor trading strategy performance, execute the trades, reconcile P&L and develop trading signals.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop crypto trading strategies
• Monitor automated trading strategies, execute block trades.
• Conduct daily P&L, position reconciliation, generate P&L risk report.
• Ensure risks are properly managed on a portfolio level
• Analyse and manage digital asset portfolio positions

Requirements:

• Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or engineering discipline from top global university
• 5-8+ years of relevant working experience with trading
• Proven track record of developing and enhancing new ideas to improve trade operations
• Portfolio management experience is a plus
• Must have strong python programming skill and familiar with MongoDB.
• An entrepreneurial, hardworking, self-starter with initiative and a desire to keep improving every day.
• Decisiveness with the ability to process complicated information quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
