Our Client

One of the renowned local developers is currently seeking for a talented, experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their building team for the expansion of business across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full QS services of residential/ commercial/ hospitality development projects located in Hong Kong;
• Assist Department Head and Project Team to co-ordinate with consultants for pre-qualification, tendering, prepare overall budget, construction cost management, and to manage contractors including contract administration and final accounts;
• Coordinate with internal project team, joint venture partners, consultants and contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• A member of HKIS, RICS or equivalent professional institute;
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experiences experience obtained in property developers for large scale development projects in Hong Kong;
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
