Responsibilities:

• Responsible for subletting and contractual procurement procedure
• Appoint sub-contractor for pre and post contract quantity surveying works
• Handle certification of interim payment and settlement of final account
• Perform cost evaluation, assessment and settlement of variations & claims
• Manage and enhance subletting administration process
• Assist the project management team to handle all contractual related issues with sub-contractor
• Evaluate performance of sub-contractor and update the database
• Demonstrated good track record to manage and lead a team
• Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Min. 10 years relevant working experience of which 5 years taking managerial role, preferably in subletting works with main contractor or sub-contractor , experience in metal works contracting is highly preferred.
• Familiar with the setup and formation of subletting administration
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Well organized, self-initiated and keenness to take on challenges and responsibilities
• Proficient in PC and program applications
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
• Immedidate available is highly preferred
  
  

Working hours Mon - Fri : 8:30 am - 6:00pm, alternate Sat : 8:30am - 5:30pm

We offer 13 months salary, year end bonus, annual leave starting from 12 days, birthday leave, medical scheme and study allowance to the right candidates
