Job Description

Ability to manage pre and post contract management
To set up and maintain a clear cost plan for project
To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team
To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement
To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible
To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee
To set up and implement change management
To review and approve variation claims
To ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved
To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs
Challenge internal processes and add value to strategic procurement options

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent disciplines
First class client interfacing skills and experience in working with clients with the capacity to adapt to new environments and cultural experiences quickly
Candidates with Macau ID preferred
Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
Proficient in English language both written and verbal
