• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, Civil, Structural or related
• 4 years' of relevant experience with Main Contractor in HONG KONG / Macau . 
• Must speak fluent Cantonese 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant QS / PQS
