Senior RF Calibration Technician who can Calibrate and repair a wide variety of complex RF Measurement and Test Equipment. Must have strong knowledge of microwave measurements techniques, example connector and cable etiquette. Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025-2017, ANSI Z540.1, and ANSI Z540.3 requirement.

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work with computer-controlled test systems as an individual contributor as well as part of a team to perform multiple roles as required. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of Fluke MetCal and able to write automated calibration procedure following Manufacture specifications. LabView programming a plus. Strong communication skill is required. Perform duties in the timely manner. 

  • Strong RF knowledge of microwave instrument and measurements techniques
  • Calibrate test and measurement equipment according to pre-determined specifications
  • Repair of test and measurement equipment to component level
  • Responsible for timely and accurate calibration on test and measurement equipment according to pre-determined specifications
  • Analyze complex and routine maintenance of test and measurement equipment
  • Assure accurate data into the asset management database
  • Evaluate and develop calibration and maintenance procedures
  • Accurately record and verify testing data and results
  • Attention to detail.
  • Follow 6S lean workplace
  • Have solid communication skills and able to coordinate with production and engineering in a joint effort to recommend improvement in equipment availability
  • Preform basic engineering functions e.g.  statistical analysis, software programs and data log evaluation
  • Write distributable calibration procedure.
