Our Client

One of the Renowned Listed Property Developers in Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Investment Manager to look after their upcoming residential acquisition projects in the region of Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Origination and execution of transactions in Hong Kong and SE Asia
• Portfolio management of a growing portfolio and managing development projects
• Work closely with the investment team on running financial models, due diligence, forecasts, feasibilities for developments etc
• Conduct market research, business investment analysis, and risk assessment
• Prepare investment proposal and presentation materials
• Assist investment directors to develop and maintain relationships with the business partners, agents, consultants and investment sources
• Handle any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above with major in Real Estates or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in property industry
• Relevant experience in South East Asia market is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent presentation, financial modelling and communication skills
• Solid negotiation, communication and organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.
• Proactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approach.
• Willing to travel
