Position Title : （Senior) Real Estate Specialist

Department : Real Estate

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for store development in North China

? Find the internal & external signage locations in each city of the region

? Review progress of site finding and take actions to step up the pace

? Negotiate and manage the lease contract

? Coordinate the store construction works in cooperating with construction department

? Collect and analyze the relevant information for future store development opportunities

Qualifications:

? At least 3-5 years？ experience in a related capacity (shopping mall leasing management experience is preferred)

? Strong communication and PC skills (English speaking)

? Creative, innovative, pro-active and persuasive

? Good team player, disciplined and able to handle stress

? Entrepreneur, consistent and results driven

? Business travel required
