JOB SUMMARY

Provides daily recruitment support to hiring groups to ensure the business growth. Develops and executes workforce planning. Responsible for the success of the hiring processes, systems and metrics. Manages the sourcing of domestic and international highly specialized talent from traditional and emerging platforms, actively maintaining and utilizing a wide array of tools, tactics and networks. The primary focus of this position is to drive and implement effective recruitment and to better attract, screen, and recruit highly qualified candidates for professional positions within our Universal Beijing Resort. Partners with global mobility to harmonize destination services, visa, immigration, etc. Supports the company start-up from an HR policy/procedure perspective.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Continuously monitor the general staffing progress against open requisitions to determine alternate recruitment avenues to support the business. Actively source resumes through internet and database mining, and implementation of targeted sourcing strategies. Use Boolean Logic, x-raying, cold calling, networking and referral promotion to generate robust candidate pools.

? Interview and recommend placement of both internal and external candidates. Conducts one-on-one interviews makes determination of capability and ability to succeed at Universal Beijing Resort. Uses sound judgment in identifying proper roles for candidates based on skill set, knowledge and ability.

? Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, develop individualized staffing action plans for each open position, taking into consideration identifying and clarifying hiring specifications and competencies in order to execute flawlessly according to the plan.

? Assist hiring managers in raising standards and the evaluation of candidates. Consult with and guide hiring managers in comprehensive recruitment and staffing issues, policies and process. Apply behavioral based interviewing and other techniques to identify the best qualified candidate pool.

? Partner with the Global Mobility team to implement global mobility requirements (e.g. destination services, visa, immigration, etc.) for international assignees. Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new employees and international assignees.

? Partner with the International HR team to manage basic HR policies and procedures for the company.

? Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UBR policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

? Perform other duties as assigned.


SKILL REQUIRED

? Adept at sourcing passive candidates, utilizing social networks, job boards and other means of identifying qualified candidates.

? Strong business acumen, client support orientation, and influencing skills; able to establish credibility and rapport with all levels of management

? Technology power user of LinkedIn, WeChat, and leveraging candidates through the ATS (BrassRing/Kenexa a plus)

? Driven to a successful outcomes, adaptive in times of change, and innovative in face of roadblocks

? Superior written and oral communication skills necessary for candidate interviewing and assessment, ac client correspondence, project documentation and status reporting

? Knowledge of legal guidelines on employee selection and employee relations issues relative to the recruitment process


BASIC QUALIFICATION

? Bachelor's Degree with fluent oral and written English skill is mandatory. Master's Degree in Human Resources (or a related field) is preferred

? 5 Years+ Talent Acquisition experience to include both domestic and international technical staffing talent

? Recruiting experience hiring for international roles preferred.

? Proficient with ATS System and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet Savvy

? Demonstrated success in executing a full-cycle professional/ technical exempt-level recruiting function

? Prior experience in related entertainment, hospitality or theme park industry

? Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous priorities in a fast-paced operational environment

? Prior Track record of establishing effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to global markets; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Prior global mobility and HR management experience in global multi-national company preferred.
