Job Description
- Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs
- Assessing the hiring needs of the BU and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly
- Handle and manage intern/GT/CG Hiring
- Able to advise hiring managers on yearly campus journey map when it is required
- Source talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews for onsite/offsite campus interview event (event management )
- Work closely with Campus Program Manager and internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand
- Leverage recruiting knowledge, results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on activities and programs
- Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Intel brand, which including hosting/delivering talks, workshop, industrial visit and etc with the university
- Manage/co-lead projects or webinars or develop new programs as required together with Campus Program Manager
- Other Ad-Hoc assignment as and when is required
Qualifications
- Outspoken & Representable– confident and comfortable representing Intel in front of large audience in any occasion necessary
- Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset
- Good analyzing skill on a certain events/program and able to make bold decision (especially in the absence of Campus Program Manager)
- Great stakeholder management – have experience in managing request from customers/stakeholder in previous job experience
- Relationship Management- Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven Problem-solving and event-planning skills
- Willingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
