We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator in Eaton’s corporate business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. The Senior Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with Salary Banded Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to create sourcing strategies designed to identify, engage and screen top talent for Eaton. You will be part of the Global Back Office team in the Philippines in partnership with the North American Talent Acquisition team. We will provide you with the tools you need to source through a variety of proven sourcing channels and established proprietary prospect sources. Your essential responsibilities: Conduct labour market research to develop intelligence on assigned functional areas and locations. Leverage market knowledge to create sourcing and outreach strategies to attract talent Generate a flow of talent leads/profiles for outreach Generate search insights report and knowledgeable on market mapping Leverage CRM and ATS systems to ensure all sourcing and lead generations activity is captured, presented and measured Provide feedback and education to TA Consultants on market findings and provide recommendations for target profile adjustments Screen all active candidates for basic and preferred qualifications, salary expectations and relocation need Source passive candidates using Eaton’s different sourcing portals (LinkedIn, EMSI, iCIMS, etc.) Assist in formatting job descriptions and posting it after the kick-off call/intake meetings Stay connected with the global sourcing team of Eaton to learn and share new best practices/trends affecting sourcing effort Participate in weekly status meetings with partner recruiters and Hiring Managers Use feedback from recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve the quality of submittals Qualifications If you have: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sourcing position supporting recruiting professional-level external talent Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Fluency in English Must be willing to work on a night shift (9:00 pm – 6:00 am, Mondays-Fridays) Previous experience recruiting or sourcing for technical and niche positions (e.g. Engineering, Aerospace, eMobility) Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (Applicant Tracking System, external recruitment boards and CRMs, and MS Suite) Strong and thorough knowledge of sourcing and pipelining techniques. Including the use of Boolean search language and its applications in order to source pipeline suitable candidates Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment Ability to understand stakeholder’s requirements and translate to innovative sourcing strategies Strong business acumen, analytical and planning skills with a digital mindset Reporting experience Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential Strong attention to detail We are currently temporarily working from home.
