Job Description
Principal responsibilities
- Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of Global Banking clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability, business growth and ensure a quality credit portfolio;
- Build and monitor a strong clientele with an aim to solicit deposits to support loan growth;
- Implement effective business strategies to develop mainland business opportunities on both assets and liabilities side in GB segment;
- Carry out the role of NRM/ RRM for clients based in PRC;
- Assist Head of GB, East to manage and monitor progress of various business and management initiatives to ensure that they could be achieved as planned;
- Assist Head of GB, East to manage the overall business and expansion plans to in line with the strategic direction of HACN.
- Assist Head of GB, East to expand the portfolio of global banking customers with an aim to achieve business targets, while providing good customer services and maintaining sound credit quality;
Qualifications
- Familiar with corporate banking business;
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with GB customers and identify business potentials;
- Understanding on regulatory and Group requirements;
- Skilled ability of analysis and problem solving;
- A minimum of 4 years related experience;
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and withstand pressure;
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
