Responsibilities:

•  Work independently in exploring business opportunity with both existing and potential clients through a consultative approach by understanding customers’ needs and provide value added solutions that will maximize revenue against risks
• Assess credit standing, structure and obtain approvals for new credit facilities
• Maintain relationship by giving periodic business calls to existing clients and prepare credit proposal for facilities renewal
• Monitor and control bad debt under bank credit policy / procedures
• Serve as a referral point of cross-selling to other business departments of the bank

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Business Studies
• Minimum 3 years of banking experience in commercial lending
• Knowledge of credit analysis, good communication skill
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Macau I.D. is required
