Job Description

Primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the customer’s purchase and forecast order backlog and logistics programs to maximize on-time delivery and thereby customer satisfaction and in support of ADI’s business growth targets  

  

Key Tasks  

  • Review and monitor demand in SAP (may include order changes, forecasts, releases against forecast that may come in through EDI)  

  • Manage logistics programs   

  • Ensure backlog is correctly priced, in alignment with CSR Sales  

  • Close collaboration with planning & manufacturing teams to maximize delivery performance to customer  

  • Process product returns; support quality returns  

  • Work with customer portals for communication when appropriate  

  • Resolve billing issues  

  • Manage allocation and delivery issues; in cooperation with the Customer Support Representative, Sales, be the voice of the customer when allocation decisions are required to be made  

 Prime contact for the customer for supply chain and escalation topics; manage order and forecast backlog; pro-actively inform customer regarding changes  

  • Act as escalation point for world-wide allocation issues, in alignment with Account Management  

  • Collaborate with EDI group to on- or off-board customers to EDI or XML  

  • Be an active part in customer satisfaction management  

  • Reconcile the logistic aspects of the customer’s scorecard with ADI internal measurements, resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions. 

  

Global support on request – assignments: 

  • Global responsibility for selected customers to manage the supply chain interface, Assignment’s status Feb 2022: Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson 

  • Manage allocation for customer worldwide 

Assignment‘s status Feb 2022: Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson, Bosch 

  • Manage allocation (on request) together with Business Units worldwide 

Assignment’s status Feb 2022: ADUCM Family, A2B Family, DSP Family
