Responsibility:
1 Understand customers’ needs and search for candidates Interview candidates and write assessment reports;
2 Arrange interviews and coordinate and communicate with candidates and customers-Negotiate with customers and candidates about offers and follow up with candidates after on board;
3 Keep efficient contact with target clients by analyzing clients' situation and their job description. Be empowered by clients to provide professional advice;
4 Provide appropriate candidates for clients through various channels and skills;
5 Communicate effectively with candidates. Make relative evaluation, filtration and recommendation;
6 Cooperate with team members to ensure tasks assigned by clients.

Requirement:
1 Bachelor, fluent English, overseas study experience preferred;
2 Consultant needs at least 1 years work experience within the recruiting /Headhunting sector;
3 Good at communication, negotiation and expression, fluent in English and Mandarin;
4 Efficient, quick learner, hard working, detail oriented;
5 Good temperament, can work under pressure.
