The Components & Devices consulting team provide a range of custom research services which includes total addressable market analysis, competitor analysis, customer insights, product benchmarking, price benchmarking, teardowns and business strategy development. We also provide targeted custom marketing services which help our clients position themselves for growth, through the design and delivery of messaging strategies, the production of thought leadership white papers, case studies and public speaking, and the provision of audience extension and message amplification capabilities from across the Informa Tech brands.

To provide unique, distinct and valuable research and consulting for the Key Mobile Component Pricing Service within Informa Tech’s China Service area focusing on research quality and timeliness, marketing, sales thought leadership and customer satisfaction.  

The Content – Senior Analyst role is responsible for:

• Data – Monthly deliverables containing highly credible and consistent component pricing and forecasts; specifically for Camera Modules and Application processors in handsets
• Develop complex quantitative market models and forecasts​
• Reports – detailed and insightful text to support data and to provide customers with clear guidance on market outlook, trends, landscape and tech impact​
• Thought leadership – regular and recognised market insight on changes, risks and opportunity​
• Presentations –to key clients on a monthly basis

• In-depth knowledge of the China Mobile Market with a focus on Memory and Application processors
• Competent in hosting and/or leading customer briefings and calls for a specific topic and markets​
• Excel – solid grasp of Excel for data building, data manipulation, and pivot table creation​
• Experience working collaboratively towards a common goal; knows who and where to seek support ​
• Ability to find innovative solutions to challenging problems​
• Creating insightful and opinionated reports in a structured and concise way
