职位描述

The successful candidate will lead/participate in BeiGene’s preclinical programs and use their skill set to accomplish the following responsibilities: 

Identify and evaluate potential therapeutic targets through comprehensive literature study

 Explore, evaluate and establish research platform to screen oncology/immunology targets, facilitate the discovery of therapeutic leads and define the mechanisms of action

 Design and supervise master level scientists to execute in vitro experiments

 Collaborate with colleagues from the broader scientific teams for data review, analysis and interpretation to evaluate the impact on research directions/goals

 Engage colleagues in cross-disciplinary scientific discussion, present scientific data to internal and external audiences and keep abreast of relevant scientific literature

 Work closely with the clinical development team and coordinate multiple functional groups to facilitate the smooth transition of therapeutic candidates from pre-clinical to clinical stage

任职条件

• PhD with well-established track record of solid scientific background in academic or pharmaceutical setting, preferably in cancer biology, immunology or related field
• Post-doctoral or biotech/pharma experience in developing and conducting laboratory research is a plus
• In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in primary immune cell characterization and immune-assay development is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with peers across multiple areas
• Excellent analytical, organizational and trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent scientific reporting and documentation proficiency
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese
