Job description:
1.You are responsible for the technological research and prototype construction on transition to IPv6 and scaling domain name system, and produce the solutions, technical report and standard documentations.
2.You are responsible for constructing and optimizing large-scale network emulation environment and domain name system testbed, design and execute the testing samples, conducts quantitative analysis of the tested data, and delivers the testing report
3.You are responsible for technological exchanges and cooperation with partners, assisting line manager(s) or department leaders to broaden international cooperation, and supporting the international conferences that BII attends and related standardization
4.You are responsible for assisting the department to carry out technological exchanges, discussion and pre-sale service

The knowledge that you should have:
The background of research into internet system structures and practical skills related to it, and the candidate should meet the requirement(s) as follows:
1.BGP/OSPF routing protocols
2.IPv4/6 protocol and transition mechanism
3.DNS protocol and DNSSEC extension
4.Familiar with the SNMP protocol, and the tools for network measurement and management

The engineering experience that you should have:
You should satisfy one or more requirements listed below:
1.Familiar with the device and equipment on network, security and servers provided by the dominant suppliers; the experience in networking and data center operation is a plus; if you are fresh graduates, experience in managing, maintaining and operating the campus network is a plus
2.Familiar with Qugga open source routing software, VM-aware and Xen virtualization software, Nagios, Netflow network management software; the experience in establishing network and servers on the platform of virtualization is a plus
3.Familiar with DNS open source software, such as BIND, NSD, Unbound, with the experience in establishing and operating recursive servers and authoritative servers, and the experience in development on the platform of BIND is a plus

Development and standardization:
1.Familiar at least one programming language, with the experience of C/C++, Java, PHP, XML development
2.You should have the ability to communicate in English, both writing and speaking, and have the experience in writing English essays or dissertations of high quality
3.You should have the knowledge of the research and technological trends in internet standards, be familiar with the working process and operating mechanism in internet standardization, and the experience in IETF and other organizations of standardization is a plus.
