We are looking for Senior Resident Quantity Surveyors working on a project site in Tseung Kwan O area.

• 1 No. Qualified Quantity Surveyor (MHKIS / MRICS) with 8 to 10 years post-qualification experience in MHKIS.  
• 1 No. Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 4 years working experience working in a consultant organization. Qualified Quantity Surveyors with HKIS qualification may apply.
• Candidates must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / or related disciplines and are able to work independently. Candidates with site–based experience are preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
