Responsibilities

• Build and implement luxury brand mix that maximizes the asset sales performance
• Formulate and produce a brand mix strategy, guiding leasing teams, lead the implementation of business plans, drives for rental budget and mall repositioning.
• Identify and build an effective risk control system to keeping track project progress to ensure meeting timeline and smooth project delivery
• To deliver and obtain market information and data.

Requirements

• Degree holder in real estate management or related discipline
• At least 8 years of relevant retail leasing experience with proven managerial and team leading skills
• Strong network with Luxury Fashion would be an asset
• An efficient team player, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with strong ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors
• Excellent market intelligence and sound analytical mind
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
