What you'll do:

• Drive all Retail KPIs ensuring country business goals are achieved
• Responsible for achieving Country Retail P&L budgets and forecasts
• Improve all store sqm productivity
• Focus on excellent regional management operations
• Conduct frequent store visits with regional management team
• Responsibility for loss prevention and supporting the annual store stock inventories
• Develop and lead cost savings and operational efficiency initiatives
• Keep actively in touch with local centre management & internal real estate colleagues
• Take pro-active commercial action in order to achieve store sales budgets
• Maintain good commercial awareness of activities of competitors within local trading environments
• Maintain strong communication with the global Merchandising team and define strategic and tactical targets for the stores
• Responsible for planning, implementation and execution of visual design and commercial Visual Merchandising
• Responsible for compliance and implementation/execution of all internal visual standards/directives
• Partnering with country retail management team and HR
• Collaborates in recruitment and training
• Execute individual other assignments

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Multiple years of Retail Experience in various Market / Regional positions
• Comprehension of the overall Retail processes
• Knowledge about real estate
• Understanding the overall Planning, Merchandising and allocation processes
• Knowledge of the overall Visual Merchandising processes
• Solid English and Mandarin skills
