Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Automation and Rigging Manager with the operation of all aspects for the Automation and Rigging Department at the Cotai Theatre and MGM Resorts.

• On a show, daily, weekly, monthly, annual or other directed timeframe conduct routine inspections and preventative, as well as reactive, maintenance routines to ensure the safe use and operation of all hanging, flown, or otherwise used rigging equipment.

• Ensure all Automation and Rigging Department operations are conducted through positive interaction within an atmosphere that maximizes productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Rigging Technician in a large scale theatrical operation.

• College Diploma and/or related technical accreditation and significant experience preferred.

• Must possess strong English language skills, both written and verbal communication. Ability to communicate in both Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and verbal) preferred.

• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
