Senior Risk Management Analyst

Job Description

The Risk Management Analyst will be the liaison between Operations, Corporate, ICC (Inventory Control Council) and Risk Management forum.
Your scope will include but not be limited to:

  • In charge of Inventory Risk and Controls Management in the factory and warehouses.

  • Monitor cycle count activities to ensure site compliance with VF (Virtual Factory), SOX and/or customs requirements.

  • Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.

  • Be the content expert and consultant to business partners as well as to influence and/or drive both inventory and controls initiatives.

  • Assist in Controls Committee to raise site awareness of Risk Management, Ethics and Compliance.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience in factory environment or warehouse operations would be an added advantage.

  • Advanced English level.
