Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is looking for a Senior Risk Manager with a background in Infrastructure Finance. Infrastructure Sectors Include: Ports Airports Roads Rail Water/Waste Social Digital (Data Centers / Fiber) Oil & Gas (LNG) Responsibilities Include: Perform risk analysis and provide structuring support for new LATAM (and occasionally US) infrastructure loan transactions Manage the underwriting / execution process and coordinate with Originations, Ratings, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Asset Management, Operations, etc. Evaluate transactions from a risk perspective and present to management credit committees Participate in strategy discussions to further develop the infrastructure mandate into new sectors and regions Monitor and manage existing transactions in the portfolio (including requests for waivers, amendments, and periodic portfolio reviews) Represent the company at syndicate bank meetings and with Advisors, Agents, Sponsors, and Borrowers Ensure all risk management guidelines are adhered to and exceptions detailed Qualifications: 5 years of proven experience with underwriting (including financial analysis and modeling), and portfolio management of LATAM and/or US infrastructure transactions 3 years of proven track record in the infrastructure industry and project finance underwriting and credit analysis, portfolio management and portfolio oversight. 4-year college degree with a focus on Finance or Business Administration or Accounting. MBA or CFA preferred (or sufficient additional proven experience) Demonstrate a comprehensive overall knowledge of credit, audit and portfolio management as well as a general understanding of new business development and loan administration Excellent understanding of infrastructure industry drivers and issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Excellent organization skills Spanish speaking preferred Organization: Siemens Financial Services Company: Siemens Financial Services, Inc.
