Bentley Systems currently seeks a talented and highly motivated Senior SAP CRM Developer to become a valued member of our successful team based in our Exton, PA global headquarters. This hands-on role will be involved with Application Analysis and Design, Development, Integration, Maintenance and Support for the delivery of major projects and releases. Will work closely with SAP Solution Consultants and business owners to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that support the ongoing top projects & initiatives to support Bentley’s Business Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP CRM Web UI development & enhancements using Component workbench, UI configuration tool, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer GENIL Business Object Layer BOL development and extensions
• Develop ABAP related custom applications, enhancing standard SAP applications
• Develop BADI’s, ABAP interfaces, RFC’s, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reverse engineer complex ABAP code using advance debugging tools
• Enhance & support integration between SAP CRM & SAP ECC. Monitor CRM Middleware, debug and resolve issues.
• Enhance & support data extraction from SAP CRM to SAP BW and SQL Datawarehouse.
• Building interfaces to Non-SAP Applications leveraging RFCs, BAPIs, ALE/IDOC, Proxies and Web Services
• Develop custom reports for large data migrations and integration with focus on performance optimization.
• Provide day-to-day support of SAP application, complete enhancement requests, answer questions or provide solutions to business users.
• Resolve help tickets that require 2nd or 3rd level support. Ensure that the fixes made help mitigate future occurrences.
• Liaise closely with peers and business users to optimize use of SAP systems & applications
• Administer the solutions & platform ensuring reliability, proper security controls, and reasonable performance standards
• Support system upgrades, system refreshes, patch application, landscape maintenance, data migration etc.
• Provide support to IT Operations, Business Intelligence, IMS & other teams for appropriate projects or small requests
• Provide appropriate documentation and release plans to manage handover activity so that solution can transition smoothly from development into test and production.
• Create appropriate technical solution architecture documents, technical specs and supporting artifacts for Support Desk & for future reference of technical team
• Manage application development lifecycle, perform bug fixes & application maintenance.
• Work with business analysts and team members to understand the requirements, develop the applications and create unit test plan.
• Creating technical documentation. 

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent with an IT focus is preferred.
• At least 5 years of SAP CRM development experience.
• At least 5 years of technical experience in areas of Service, Sales, CRM Middleware, Integration with ECC, BW and other non SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of Lead to Cash process distributed over multiple systems. Extensive hands on experience working with SAP CRM Order, Contract management, business partner, Billing & Invoicing.
• Strong experience with ABAP programming, develop BADI’s, BSP programming, WEBUI Development, ABAP interfaces/proxies, RFC’s.
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience with SAP CRM Middleware, IDOCs, BDOCs and data transfers out of SAP CRM.
• Demonstrated ability to understand product design and architecture to design the technical solutions. Experience in crafting creative solutions to difficult problems.
• Multiple end-to-end project experience with various SAP solutions such as ECC (SD, MM), SAP CRM invoicing, billing, SAP Hybris BRIM (SOM, CC, CI), SAP Hybris Sales Cloud.
• Strong Interpersonal skills: strong presentation, communication & facilitation skills (oral and written). Comfortable working with senior executives.
