Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Senior SIOP Analyst to join our team. This position will be based at our Cleveland, TN facility. No relocation is provided. Position Overview: The Senior Analyst - Supply Chain will forecast and execute the plan for CTN plant to replenish warehouses with safety switches with desired inventory level and goals set by local management. S/he will also provide customer service for safety switches business and Inter-unit business. Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. In this function you will: Maintain MRP Manufacturing System, Scheduling, Forecasting Production Planning in Lean environment SIOP process knowledge and understanding for forecasting purposes Warehouse (finished goods), Storeroom, and WIP inventory management Administrative knowledge required includes: Cost control, budgeting, SPC, JIT, EDI, forecasting, teaming concepts, NAFTA and ISO requirements Maintain good relationships between customer service centers. Maintain departmental goals on fill rates, non-stock fill rates and cost reductions. Handle traffic and transport arrangements and any discrepancies from customers or trucking lines. With Marketing Manager, develop forecast for safety switches. Handle expedites for purchased items and contact vendors with changes in production as required. Follow projects of design changes with Engineering and the disposition of obsolete materials. Must work with VISTA problems with Help Center. Must do maintenance on shipments and process shipments. Coordinate schedules with customers that have special requests. Possess a working knowledge of ISO procedures and work instructions as well Eaton’s Safety Process. Assist with Flex Center VISTA, Mapics and customer service. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum two (2) years of experience working within a manufacturing, and/or operations environment OR High school diploma pursuing a bachelor's degree with seven (7) years of experience within manufacturing, and/or operations environment Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supply chain planning, financial planning, plant operations and/or process improvement. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN will be considered.
