NVIDIA is looking for a passionate Senior SQE Engineer to work in its Operation team.

What you will be doing:

As a NV SQE, to drive for ODM/CM quality continuous improvements in terms of effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) metrics and KPIs. Responsible to design and ensure ODM/CM quality level and work with NV internal teams to meet customer expectations.

• Drive board and system ODM/CM/supplier quality continuous improvements in terms of effective Quality Management Systems (QMS) metrics.
• Responsible for the full QMS audit to board/system ODM/CM/suppliers. Spot audit to operation lines on an irregular basis.
• Work with NV teams for board/system ODM/CM/suppliers site qualification, PCN, MRB, process and product control review.
• Define the KPI/Cpk/yield targets per package or product family.
• Review process/ procedure/ materials/ machine and related change management.

What we need to see:

• A technical B.S. degree is required, Masters degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in quality or engineering roles at EMS/PCBA/Final assembly
• Experience working with board/system or PCBA/PCB/component suppliers preferred
• Experience in ODM/ Contract Manufacture or supplier management preferred
• Experience in process and QMS (Quality Management System) improvement.
