Drive profitable Business Line Tier1 (BL Tier1) sales growth; develop, implement and manage the strategic/local account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems. Based in Shanghai.
Your responsibilities
- Establishing roadmaps per offering (Robots, Robots Accessories, Function Packages, Robot Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions and Customer Service CS) for the key customers and system integrators.
- Creating a detailed action plan and implement a Tracking System to chart progress for the different activities for key customers.
- Extending and penetrating business with current key customers.
- Switching customers and system integrators from competitors.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
- Must have a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in Key Account Management roles for key accounts; strong preference will be given to candidates with first-hand knowledge of robotics automation in Automotive Suppliers Manufacturing environment and with a network of contacts with the customer.
- Experience with customers including sales, problem resolution, negotiation skills, and relationship building networking, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, strong business acumen and nice personality.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Must have business fluent English-speaking as a big advantage.
- Possess the ability to extend and penetrate business with current key account.
- Should be able to develop business with potential key account.
