Responsibilities:

• Perform basic clerical duties following detailed instructions and procedures
• Generate sales reports and support sales department on assigned daily administrative duties
• Assist to Sales Department
• Arrange shipment to the customer
• Provide good customer service with internal and external parties
• Follow up orders & deal with overseas customers
• Attend local & oversea jewellery trade fairs
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirement:

• F.7 or above
• With min. 2 years' relevant experience (preferably in Jewellery industry/Sales & Marketing)
• Experience in handling shipping documents is an advantage
• Friendly personality, proactive, detail minded,willing to learn and responsible
• Hands-on PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Eager to learn, patient & able to work under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
