Job Description
Eaton’s Haina is currently seeking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This position is based at our Haina, Dominican Republic facility. Responsible for efficiently managing material resources in the assigned channel or segment, continually improve and maintain the customers base, and implement strategies to guarantee total customer satisfaction to achieve the planned sales results with the assigned budget. Main Responsibilities: Continuously maintain and improve the customer base of the channel or segment Periodically make sales visits to the customers assigned. Provide technical and commercial support to our customers Periodically inform management of sales performance in the assigned channel or segment Monthly sales Forecast with week reviews Internally negotiate prices and deliveries. Prepare quotations for customers Coordinate and conduct presentations, product seminars and sales events Actively participate in account receivable activities of the customers Inform management of major competitor’s strategies Promote the company’s image and its products Guarantee total customer satisfaction Inform management regarding customers need, requirements and expectations To comply with the responsibilities of the position in relation with EBE, MESH, EQS and LEAN processes. #LI-AP01 Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related area. Desired experience in sales, public relations and teamwork Intermediate Knowledge of English language Computers skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access) ; Auto Cad preferred Minimum Two years’ of professional experience We make what matters work.
