Eaton Moscow office has an opening for Senior Sales Engineer, Medium Voltage Projects Job Summary: Sale of Medium Voltage (MV) equipment to achieve the sales targets via strengthen and standardized sale engineering, solution design and managing the key project. Job responsibility Responsible for maintaining pipeline and closing revenue according to regional plans Supporting sales activities in the segment Building Eaton`s image in the Utility segment among technicians. Lead the effort to increase Eaton`s visibility and establish Eaton`s credibility as a provider of engineering systems Build and develop strong relations with local and central application engineers that can get Eaton`s offers specified Development of strategic partners in targeted regions in line with LPD program. Participate in strategy preparation together with corporate functions for the sake of sales increase in Russia and Kazakhstan Ensure all the certifications and vendor approval processes are in place with all key Utilities Work with targeted customers to work out design and tendering delivery Ensure an extended knowledge of the Utilities market and industry, technology, opportunities, problems, business drivers and competitors for this targeted segment and assigned customers Participate in technical councils of targeted Utilities on regular base, render technical assistance of all MV projects for the customers and partners Target and select the key specifiers and consultants in the target segment Cooperate with production plants and management of delivery terms. Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer requirements to deliver an excellent service Responsible for creating strong partner relations for the ongoing projects. Develop of key customers in focused area. Presents Eaton`s equipment for customers i. e. originates, develops, and facilitates training including ones at the customers locations Develop relations with targeted concrete substation manufacturers Manage of all MV pipeline Work on cost optimization of our offer in terms of customer requirements and competition Qualifications Requirements 3-5 years of appropriate experience in MV equipment configuration Advanced Science degree in a related field (ideally Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience. Previous background in the Utilities market segment and/or energy management. Russian – native speaker skill Advanced level of English (written and spoken). Good organization, communication and collaboration skills. Then we want to hear about you!
