We are seeking a qualified and seasoned sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. As we are expanding our service scope, we need the candidate to be open-minded, and willing to “start from zero" in our new business development process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
• Generate new leads
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

You should be:

• Excellent at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals;
• Self motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, willing to learn, and open-minded;
• Knowledgable in print production, event management, exhibition, and preferably in consumer product packaging
• Good commander in English and Chinese
• Having min. 5 years sales and marketing experience, preferably working in packaging / printing / event management / exhibition production industry
