Senior Sales Manager / Asst. Director of Sales (Based in Beijing)

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Complete the weekly and monthly sales visit plan.
• Develop appte sales plan according to sales strategy of the hotel and local market.
• Make sure information are correctly delivered.
• Able to conduct full range of sales for Housekeeping and banquet. Master how to handle team business.
• Keep a record on former, existing and potential clients and a profile of each of them.

• 完成每周、每月的销售拜访计划
• 根据酒店的销售战略和当地的市场情况制定相应的销售计划
• 准确无误的反馈、对接销售信息
• 能够进行客房及宴会全方位销售. 掌握如何处理团队业务
• 记录以前的、现有的和潜在的客户和他们的个人档案

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Over five years relatives work experience.
• Proficiency in office software.
• Fluent English skills in writing and reading.

• 5年以上相关从业经验。
• 熟练使用办公软件。
• 英文读写能力熟练。
