Sales Manager


To perform sales and marketing duties in supporting the responsibilities of the Director of Sales & Marketing by implementing the Marketing Plan as a tool to achieve the set goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and develop business with existing and new customers 
  • Conduct in the most efficient manner daily sales activities to promote the services of the hotel via sales calls, telephone blitz, email blitz and the like to all corporate and government accounts.
  • Develop and maintain Raffles Bali database covering (and not limited to) corporates from all segments handling luxury market, government, embassies, aviation companies (private jets), travel partners handling luxury segment and / or corporations either locally or internationally
  • Administrative support for Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Shares and updates management on any trade related developments, which directly affects the business of the hotel – including information on the competition.
  • Participate on bi-weekly sales meetings. 
  • To develop and maintain marketing programs and related activities to ensure maximum exposure of the resort to the right market.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 3 (three) years’ experience and in a luxury hotel in the same position
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • High analytical skill and a problem solver.
  • Highly assertive and can work with less supervision.
  • Knowledgeable on current market situation including hotel and tourism trends
  • Good administrative skills
  • Computer literate.
