Using sales skills and product knowledge to sell and directly responsible for on trade accounts in order to achieve monthly sales target. (Customers includes international & local hotels,restaurants,clubs and so on.)
运用必要的销售技巧和产品知识达成公司确定的每月销售目标并直接对客户负责。(客户包括国际和当地的酒店,餐厅,酒吧等等)
Developing new potential accounts constantly and increase sales volume within company guidelines.
不断发展新客户,不断按公司指引增加渠道销量。
Customer Management 客户管理
To be very prudent when negotiate on payment terms, year support etc.for contract and should strictly adhered to company policy.
严格按照公司制度,跟进商谈合同中付款期限及信用额度,年度支持等条款。
Follow up on finalization of business contract for respective accounts as well as renewal for current accounts.
跟进及续签客户的业务合同。
Cooperate with Trade Marketing team, provide professional wine education or event service for customers.
与市场拓展部合作,为客户提供专业的葡萄酒培训或者活动支持。
Cooperate with Finance to follow the payment.
协助财务部门跟进付款事宜。

Implement nation-wide and regional promotion campaign.

2. Market Intelligence 市场情报
Be on full alert on market trend of imported wine market trend by closely followed up.
密切关注进口葡萄酒的市场趋势保持充分的警觉性。
Feedback market situation and competitor action and report to line manager for proactive strategic planning.
及时反馈市场情况及竞争对手情况,并向上级报告以制定有效的战略计划。

Background:
At least 3 years sales experience in On Trade channel or ever work in F&B department of international hotel or familiar with the hotel's relationship and procedure.
Professional & Technical skills:
Good Sales Skill.
良好的销售技巧。
Good communication and customer service skills.
良好的沟通与客户服务技巧。
Fluent English skills, in terms of oral, writing and reading.
优秀的英文听说读写能力。
Comfortable to work with Excel, PowerPoint and Word program.
优秀的电脑办公操作技能。
Good wine knowledge will be a plus.
优先考虑具备较好红酒知识的人选。
