This position is excellent for ambitious sales professionals, who are seeking for the next step in their career. We are currently seeking an Sales Manager for territory in the Eastern part of Germany.
 
The products include laboratory extrusion equipment for pharmaceutical and process application as well as rheology equipment. You will be working in a motivated team in a challenging environment with the opportunity to get profound coaching on how to grow as a sales professional and to help with this knowledge to make the whole sales team more successful.
 
What will you do? 

  • Manages and controls all sales activities for the related product lines in his area
  • Ensures accurate weekly forecasting activities to DACH sales manager
  • Regularly communicate the status of the sales organization and current market condition to DACH sales manager
  • Coach on-the-job and monitor performance of the DACH MC sales team during the joint customer visits
  • Be open for cross functional sales synergies within our business units
  • Drive new products and sales through close cooperation with product management and market communication
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales plans for bookings and revenue

 
How will you get here? 

  • University degree and professional experience in physics, chemistry, engineering, biochemistry or pharmacy
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational and negotiating skills
  • Proven knowledge of local polymer, and/or pharma, and/or rheology market
