Job Description
Responsibilities:
- handle order processing, prepare invoice and delivery documents.
- daily communication and coordination with sales team and logistic team on stock and delivery issues
- sales report and stock report preparation
- sales and marketing support for promotion at department stores and chain stores.
- provide administrative support to the Esales and marketing department.
- assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.
- outdoor work required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Business related disciplines.
- 1-2 years' experience in sales and marketing of FMCG preferred( Fresh graduates are welcomed )
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese processing .
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English .
- Detailed-minded, responsible and willing to learn .
