Job Description:

• Prepare scheduling & sales confirmation, etc.

• Handles orders follow-up and assists in analysing sales performance

• Monitor the delivery schedule

• Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data input and liaison with HK & US head office

• Base on Master Plan to work with factories on production plan

• Monitor balance & inventory level

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ solid experience in toys or similar industry.

• Experience in sizeable US buying office/trading is preferred

• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must

• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime

• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill

• Fluent in English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
