Want to know more: https://new.siemens.com/global/en/company/about/businesses/smart-infrastructure.html Your Responsibilities: Visit customers to explore their needs, train them, consolidate and develop core and new service business with introduction of digital services on assigned target customers Collaborate with BU colleagues to share market data updates and competitor’s offer Influence partners and the Customer’s “Decision makers” Act as focal point in building positive relationships inside Siemens and on the customers side Your Skills: Confirmed professional experience in Sales Department within building automation and overall subject area Fire Security and HVAC (specifically in the sale of Service Solutions) Knowledge about the market of Service Building Automation and about customers in the area (end customers, facility companies, real estate, electrical and mechanical installers) Ability to handle Sales Policy in terms of Pricing, Discount, General Terms & Conditions in the specific market Readiness to use specialized offer tools and CRM for the management of commercial information and related strategic business plans with end customers and investors Aptitude for collaboration in a multi-divisional context Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical, IT/Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Technical Diploma Open to travel Proficient in English and Italian About Siemens: Siemens is a proud equal opportunity employer, crafting a work environment of diversity and inclusion which helps us fully realise the potential of our people.
