Responsibility:

1. Promote and maximize sales and distribution of medical products in hospitals
2. Develop, build and strengthen long-term relationships with partners including distributors and healthcare professionals
3. Develop new accounts and initiate effective selling plan
4. Update and input HK medical market dynamics, HK key customer and customer insights
5. Implement local marketing plan to achieve marketing objective as well as sales goal
6. Drive distributor's efforts on medical products by closely monitoring, follow up and real time supports
7. Update distributor execution status monthly
8. Provide input to sales forecast for business planning

 Requirement:

1. University degree holder in the field of medical/health care related
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales & marketing experience in healthcare industry, preferably in medical products
3. Customer oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
4. Good manner in implementation
5. Analytical thinking
6. Good communication and negotiation skills
7. Proficient in English, Mandarin is a plus
