Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advertising, promotion and marketing plans and/or campaigns for our brand and products
• Design and plan effective online and offline promotion programs and sales activities to drive sales and traffic
• Develop communication materials such as brochures, leaflets to enhance consumer buy-in and awareness
• Manage and develop contents of social media platforms
• Conduct regular market tracking and produce market insights for business decision
• Liaise with internal departments for the smooth operation of eShop and retail stores
• Manage and develop internal and external marketing materials on the company intranet and notice board, eShop website, etc.
• Assist in budgeting, marketing and business proposals, and sales and market reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Design, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• 4-8 years of relevant experience in public relations, advertising, marketing or event management, preferably in e-commerce/ food and beverage industry
• Sound knowledge in digital marketing using various digital technologies, such as online shops, mobile apps, web applications, system administration, digital tools and social media
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator will be an advantage
