Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with bioanalytical teams in US/UK for successful PK/IMG/PD immunoassay development, transfer, trouble shooting, validation, sample testing and data reporting.
o Perform routine lab operations, such as mathematical calculation, preparing reagents/buffers, pipetting, weighing, recording, replenishing supplies, and using instrument/equipment.
o Execute assays, record observations, analyze data, report results, cross-review studies and archive study records compliantly and independently with the highest level of integrity and ethics, and ensure regulatory requirements (GLP/GCP) and industry practices are followed.
o Present results at team/department meetings, prepare study plans/reports, and contribute to regulatory submission documents.
o Author scientific papers to be published in peer reviewed journals and present ground-breaking work at professional conferences as needed.
o Provide assistances to the lab operation, such as QC review, biorepository, facility management, document archiving, procurement and logistics.

Requirements:
o B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, pharmacology or related field with 6+ (B.Sc.), 3+ (M.Sc.) or 0+ (Ph.D.) years of pharma/Biotech industry experience. o Familiar with immunoassays or ligand-binding assays (LBA) in some or all the following platforms: ELISA, MSD, cell-based assays, and flowcytometry. o Experience on assay development, validation and/or sample testing for PK/IMG/PD in a GxP environment is highly preferred. o Attention to details and strong organization/teamwork skills. o Excellent communication skills in an inter-disciplinary environment and capable of managing multiple projects with a high emphasis on quality and timelines. o Proficient in both Chinese and English (both oral and written).
