Your Job Work in a large size customer project with the project teams to deliver the software increments in an agile way You work with the customers Product Owner on a day-to-day basis The Scrum Master aligns the scope with Product Owner and ensures that the development team is able to develop the software You own the technical content, he is responsible for all aspects of the technical delivery and relevant organizational topics therefore As Scrum Master you are supported by the overall project manager for non-technical aspects like contractional, commercial issues Other tasks are to: Lead agile workshops for teams as well as key stakeholders Promote and advocate a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and being accountable for them Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure the medium- and long-term strategic goals of the organization are achieved. Define a set of relevant metrics to measure business agility and identify room for improvements Support & drive the Agile Center of Excellence to enable knowledge sharing in our global organization Actively contribute to communication and engagement supporting the Agile Transformation Your Profil Passionate about creating a learning organization using lean/agile tools, not stopped by organizational boundaries or jurisdictions, and driven by doing the right thing and connecting the right people Experience as a Scrum Master with proven track record and rock-solid, hands-on experience with agile/lean transformations Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) Experience with different roles in an agile organization (e.g., scrum master, product owner) Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity Team player, applied facilitation, and mentoring skills, at team and individual level Excellent influencing skills, in particular problem solving/troubleshooting activities Excellent communication English and German (both required) Number of years of experience in the relevant domain: 4+ Able to travel domestic & international depending on project needs (typical less than 20%) This position requires employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they are granted a medical or religious exemption Unsere Benefits Flexible working hours Uncomplicated home-office-arrangement No all-in contracts or overtime allowance Canteen at the location Extensive development opportunities Open and family-like corporate culture and much more Our offer The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for this position is at least EUR 61.000,-.
