Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are inviting applications with the following requirements:

Job Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to PRC Senior Executives;
  • Responsible for calendar management and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties;
  • Handle the collection and filing of documents and prepare expense claims;
  • Name card management;
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements logistics including agendas, flights, hotels, ground transportation and always prepare to support 7 x 24.
  • Hands on MS Office and Chinese word processing

Requirements:

  • Full-time Bachelor Degree with a reputable University
  • Four years of relevant experience in sizable organization, prior experiences in supporting top management and executive is highly preferred;
  • Native Mandarin speaker is preferred;  proficient in both written Chinese and English
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational and coordination skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
