The Job

• Lead and supervise the team members on the information security projects implementation.
• Assist the supervisor in identifying and recommending the most appropriate security technologies and in preparing the annual IT budget for the Housing Society.
• Assist the supervisor in the governance the information security services to achieve defined standards; and establish quality standards, policies and procedures and guidelines on information security services.
• Monitor the performance of secondments, contractors, service providers and vendors where applicable.
• Coach, develop and motivate a customer focused, professional security team to carry out their respective functions and provide technical guidance to team members.

The Person

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline with relevant qualification in information security preferred.
• 8 years’ experience in IT, of which at least 5 years in information security in a sizeable organization.
• Extensive experience in implementing information security, next generation firewall, and perimeter security defensive system to handle worldwide cybersecurity challenges and achieve high standard of security requirement.
• Experienced in design security solution by understanding the big picture of the business and how actions affect other system interoperability.
• Be capable of developing functional and/or technical specifications regarding business requirements. Knowledge in risk management, cloud computing and virtualization.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
