• 5+ years’ experience in sales or sourcing related role.
• Bachelor degree from a top university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills).
• Passion for customers and high attention to details.

In this context, Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join the China team based in Shanghai focus on category. You will identify qualified manufacturers and products and help achieve new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon global Marketplaces. You will analyze traffic and sales data of manufacturers’ performance, set-up processes and reports that facilitate the analysis, as well as drive for efficiency improvements. You will also be responsible for driving deep dive analysis on Amazon China Marketplace activity through data processing and analyzing relevant category business data. You will be expected to come up with actionable recommendations, and to take an active part in implementing these. This role exists in a challenging environment, within a fast-growing office. • Ideally experience of working within e-commerce or retail.
• Experiences with Walmart, Home Depot or Office Depot is a plus.
